I am confidant that pizza numero 5 and 6, as well as 8 and 9 will get better and better, to the point that tossing them on a well fired mesquite grill will be a deserved reward!<br />You might also try, one of these times, tossing some wet apple or peach wood chips on the charcoal, the smokey essence adds a nice touch to a salmon and artichoke pizza.<br />Too bad we ran out of the red wine so soon, I remember to bring more next time!Constantinohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196129338636347646noreply@blogger.com
